Caregiver Assistance Fund Donations in memory of Waka Ugaki

You can support Intermountain’s caregivers with a tax-deductible gift to the Caregiver Assistance Fund. Your gift will help those experiencing unexpected financial hardships that may include assistance with rent, mortgage, car payments, utility bills, cell phone, etc., due to loss of income for missed work, a spouse that has lost their job, or other crisis needs. Caregiver needs (and/or requests for assistance) will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis through Human Resources.
